This project aims to attract, train and retain the world-class teaching talent that guarantees top management education. In addition, the project allows our professors to train in doctoral studies abroad and, to contribute to  their education on the method of Participant Centered Learning (ACP), methodology promoted by Harvard Business School and applied in the best management schools in the world.

Additionally, the project to strengthen full time faculty provides the incentives for Academic Research and Academic Excellence. In contributing to this cause, you will allow IESA to offer its students a faculty characterized by excellence.

This project seeks to contribute to the success and sustainability of entrepreneurship ideas that promote well being and inclusion, and aims to boost the capacity of micro entrepreneurs to obtain financing.

With your contribution you will directly support the Entrepreneurship Center , key for the multiplication of the impact of the Institute in the promotion of values of entrepreneurship and progress. We aim to strengthen active entrepreneurs and prevent them from disappearing.

IESA seeks to maintain and improve its infrastructure to have a positive effect on learning processes.

Several class rooms and spaces of the venues of Caracas, Valencia and Maracaibo have been remodeled thanks to the important contributions of companies and private donors. Donations to infrastructure maintenance have allowed the Institute to receive a larger number of students and improve the learning experience, with a distribution of spaces designed for discussion and participant-centered teaching methodology.

The contributions directed to this cause also contribute to improve the technological platform and avant-garde integrated systems to offer the best service. This continuous improvement of spaces and resources allows this school of management to maintain its standards of excellence in education.

The International Center for Energy and Environment (CIEA) is responsible for promoting the generation, reflection, discussion and dissemination of knowledge about energy and sustainable development, as well as the training of managers with leadership capacity to face the challenges that arise in these fields.
